Note that "immediate" doesn't mean quite the same thing: while it will
enter the tool immediately, it won't necessarily finish the tool during
the call if the tool has an event loop. So for something like Rotate
"immediate" and "synchronous" have the same behaviour, but for something
like Move they do not.

Using a boolean argument just leads to a lot of trailing booleans in the
function calls and is not user friendly. Instead, introduce PostAction()
to send an action that runs after the coroutine (equivalent to passing
false or the default argument), and leave RunAction as the immediate
execution function.
Before, an improper symbol (one without the starting toekn) weren't
detected and reported to the user properly and would instead assert. Now
properly detect these and pass the error up the stack to the tool.
(Sentry issue KICAD-21J).
The connection graph should only be updated within the commit structure
because this is the only time the connectivity should be changed. We
want any connectivity changes to be included in the commit as well, so
this should be stored prior to the undo/redo list mods
Use COMPARE_FLAGS::EQUALITY and COMPARE_FLAGS::ERC when doing
library diffs.
Also fixes a few more cases where we weren't checking for -1 when
doing a fieldID < MANDATORY_FIELDS.

This iterated over all pins to find the pin after a given item. Because
out pattern is consistently to iterate in the outer loop, this means
that we were an O(n^2) loop for the pins just to find their names. This
affected very large parts (e.g. FPGAs) when switching sheets to display
We're getting segfaults in places where this isn't checked. Also, add
some asserts so we can catch bad tool push/pop.
Removes all uses of GetCommandStr() and makes it private.
There is no technical reason for this restriction for non-power symbols, so let's remove it.
This will allow more flexibility and compatibility with other tools.

When duplicating pins in the symbol editor the duplicated pins will have
unique pin numbers assigned if the duplication target had the pin number
specified

Calling UpdateItem() may be performed by in a common loop, e.g. for(
SCH_ITEM* item : GetScreen()->Items() ) or similar. We cannot call
GetScreen()->Update( SCH_ITEM* ) in this routine as it will remove and
re-add the item to the RTree, invalidating iterators. If needed, the
items need to be cached to an external container before updating

They don't define a KiCad string class, so the header file name was
somewhat misleading. But the fact that they didn't match definitely
made coding more difficult.
It's tempting to say that we don't need to exclude filename chars
from symbols, but we might regret that decision down the road. Better
to just escape them.

This fix required sorting all of the LIB_PART draw items to ensure
accurate comparison between the symbols stored in the schematic and the
original library symbols. This has a noticeable impact on symbol library
load performance. It may also cause significant changes the next time
the library is saved due to changes in the draw item sorting. Hashing
may be a better solution here but this addressed the immediate problem.
A skeleton method SCH_SCREEN::SwapSymbolLinks() was added because there
is most likely an issue with orphaned symbols in the schematic library
symbol cache during undo/redo operations. More testing is required to
verify this.
