Move name ellipisizing from middle to end.

Our names tend to have more boiler-plate stuff at the
end (excluding things like "Position X" and "Position Y",
but they're usually pretty short when compared to
"Solderpaste Margin Ratio Override" or
"Exempt from Courtyard Requirement").
