CHANGED: BOM generator plugins are no longer loaded by
searching all plugin directories; instead a
fixed default set of plugins is provided.
Also:
- Move from sexpr to JSON
- Support both full-path and no-path specifications of plugins
- Add a Reset to Defaults button to reset the list

A note to developers, please do not set the minimum and/or size of bitmap
buttons. It causes bitmaps to get clipped using GTK on Linux. If the
bitmap button size is not acceptable, then supply an appropriately sized
bitmap rather than attempt to force the wxWidgets sizing mechanism to do
what you want. This almost always causes platform differences that do
not work well.
Improve dialog layout and fix UI policy issues with all of the dialog
boxes in the common, 3D viewer, CvPcb, and Eeschema code paths.
Updated the use of component to symbol.
(On windows, xsltproc.exe does not accept '\' in output filename, only '/' like on Unix, so this separator is converted when possible)
Minor code cleanup
BOM dialog: remove a not very useful button, and merge its function with an other (not perfect, need more work)
Add message box to show info added in BOM python scripts (See scripts/bom-in-python/README-bom.txt about this info)
Remove dead code relative to old BOM generation.
Rename witha more explicit name bom-example?.py , fix some issues and move them from script/bom-in-python/ky to script/bom-in-python
Rename ki.py utility to more explicit ky_generic_netlist_reader.py
