Cleanup of KiCad Icons

Major cleanup of many icons (started as a simple effort to tweak libedit and modedit icons)

* Each application icon has been updated
* Consolidated icon "modifiers" across many icons
* Replaced confusing arrows with "load" and "save" icons
* Slight code updates to reference correct icons
* Consolidate multiple representations of single icon type(s)

Try to use bzr rules to commit files with LF only in .cpp and .h files. Should change CRLF to LF in all bitmaps .cpp files.
...
In BITMAP_OPAQUE, use unsigned char instead of char for png member to remove warnings with some compilers.

Commit Fabrizio's PNG image improvement patch with minor fixes.
...
* Added checks for Inkscape and pngcrush when MAINTAIN_PNG mode is enabled.
* Rebuild PNGs with transparent background.
