jean-pierre charras 1903052d79 Bezier curves: replace previous algorithm to convert the curve to segments.
In some cases it was not working well.
Opengl was using an other algo (using the curve properties to create segments)
Now only the OpenGL algo is used,
with optimization to reduce the number of segments.

jean-pierre charras 72d1597201 DXF import: add import of DXF splines that are converted to Bezier curves.
Fix also a lot of bugs related to Bezier curves (S_CURVE shape in DRAW_SEGMENT class) in Pcbnew code.
Add missing code to handle these Bezier curves

Maciej Suminski c960d671cd Changed negative recursion level argument to positive
BEZIER_POLY::recursiveBezier() was called with negated 'level'
variable as an argument which is incorrect for an unsigned type.

Maciej Suminski e79f97860c Bezier2Poly refactor
Before the refactor library browser display Bezier curves correctly only
once, at other times they were just straight lines or crashed the
application.

Wayne Stambaugh fc0864befa Schematic component library object code cleaning and refactoring.
* Break classes_body_item.cpp(.h) into more reasonable size bites.
* Rename classes_body_item.cpp(.h) to lib_draw_item.cpp(.h)
* Fix some unsatisfied header file dependencies.
* Add stubs to component library draw item base classe to handle editing
  internally.
* Lots of code cleaning.
