Disable inconsistent missing override warnings in qa mocks

turtlemocks doesn't seem to provide a way to annotate that these methods
override a base class method, so it triggers a lot of warnings about
missing override when the classes are instantiated.

nanodbc: Remove extra CXX flags from the build
...
nanodbc was overriding the C++ standard library being used, which would
break builds with clang. Additionally, adding Werror unconditionally in
production code is a bad idea because different compiler versions can
change/add warnings and then break the code.

1) Copy label fields when converting.
2) Don't assume netclass directive should be net name -- this is very
unlikely.
3) Don't show font controls in Netclass Directive Properties dialog --
there's no basic text associated witha Directive Label.

When the via is first and not second in our ordering, the hole-copper
clearance was not checked as the track did not have a hole.
We also calculated the NPTH-via clearance incorrectly in the inspector

Plotters: make virtual void PLOTTER::Arc() using arc angles protected.

Using arc angles to plot an arc is really error prone due to different
options between plotters, and angles defined in Kicad, using this version of
arc plotting from Kicad is no longer allowed in Kicad code.

Eeschema: fix a plot issue with arcs.

Arcs are really error prone, due to different Y axis orientation, and geometry transforms.
Probably we should remove plot and print functions using arc angles as parameters
that are a can of worms.
