Wayne Stambaugh	ef2f72697b	Make paste special dialog a bit more user friendly. ... Set a default control so that the escape key closes the dialog. Select the OK button after the user selects an annotation option. For the sake of consistency across all dialogs and window that behave like dialogs, remove the static line that separates the main part of the dialog from the standard buttons.
