Make mac-default delete happy
On mac, the backspace key is commonly used from removing items. The forward delete key doesn't really exist (it is hidden behind fn-backspace), so this modifies our common use of delete. The context-dependent usage in router and polygon creation are unaffected as CONTEXT overrides GLOBAL when processing
