kicad-cli, export drill files: fix duplicate options and fix some others:
- remove --separate-files duplicate option - change --units to --excellon-units (valid only for Excellon) and default to mm - Gerber resolution: 5 -> 6 (default must be always the higher resolution) Fixes #14454 https://gitlab.com/kicad/code/kicad/issues/14454
