Don't store optimized anchors in CN_ITEMs.
It appears that multiple RN_NETs can refer to the same CN_ITEMs meaning that we run into threading problems if we modify the CN_ITEM. Fixes https://gitlab.com/kicad/code/kicad/issues/12968
