Seth Hillbrand db8e15ce88 Require wxWidgets 3.2 
Removes old defines and work arounds for earlier wx versions and adds a
CMake requirement to use at least 3.2 (or the minimum matching wxPython
version)

Jeff Young 9da66ccb58 Hack Mac icon buttons back to size. 
It remains unclear to me how this *should* be going forward, but
this at least gets us back to the status quo.

qu1ck 977b6cd8f3 PCM: add ability to pin packages 
Pinned packages don't affect available update notification and will not
be updated with "Update All" button. Manual update is still possible but
will trigger a confirmation dialog.
