The hotkey name "Help (this window)" does not describe what the hotkey
and associated action does. It displays the current hotkey list, so the
action name should reflect that behavior
Block rotate and mirror now work like they do in Pcbnew (that is
they're treated as part of the block move/duplicate/whatever
rather than finishing it).

The hotkey fix committed in 53b1ec81 broke non-us keyboards. Change the
hotkey help hotkey from '?' to Ctrl+F1 to prevent the hotkey list dialog
from being shown when placing a bus wire junction in Eeschema and when
changing the track posture in Pcbnew. This is still broken in the GAL
framework.
Keystroke zoom (F1/F2) always centered the screen, because it
was handled as ID_POPUP_ZOOM_IN event. Mousewheel scrolling
was ok, because it is handled using different event based
on the configuration.
This patch introduces special event ids for keystroke
zooming that are then properly translated to either
ID_POPUP_ZOOM_IN or ID_OFFCENTER_ZOOM_IN depending
on the configuration.
The same issue is fixed for legacy canvas pcbnew.

Store the currently-edited item in the base screen class
instead of the libedit_frame. This allows us to access it
for double-click disambiguation and harmonizes the library
editor with the schematic editor code that already does this.

Replace all instances of "component" and "part" with "symbol" when
referring to schematic and library symbols.
Replace all instances of "component" with "footprint" when referring to
board and library footprints.
Minor dialog layout fixes to some of the dialogs impacted by the UI
string changes.
The rotate hotkey was rotating individual items when a block was selected
which is invalid behavior. Add check for block mode and disable rotating
items when block mode is active.

Performing a delete node hot key operation while Eeschema is busy performing
another operation causes an assertion in the delete node command event
handler in debug builds. It also causes the operation in progress to be
cleared if the assertion is ignored or in release builds.
Fix a similar issue when the leave current sheet hot key is called while
busing performing another operation which causes rather interesting behavior
in the sheet that was exited.

4. Fix bug caused by JP on April 25, 2015 where strings were adjusted for translation and the hotkeys section table accidentally swapped the footprint editor title with tag, resulting in "footprint editor" being exported instead of "[footprinteditor]"
No functional changes besides #4, technically it'll "break" imports hotkeys files but April 25 broke imports as well.
* Change leave sheet hot key from back space to alt + back space. Note: for
some reason ctrl + back space did not work at least on windows.
* Add back space as delete node hot key which is consistent with the delete
track segment hot key in Pcbnew.
