Maciej Suminski 45bf919923 Restoring the previous performance of COMPONENT_TREE widget 
It turns out the fastest way to update wxDataViewCtrl is to nuke the
model and rebuild it from scratch rather than via
ItemAdded()/ItemDeleted() update notifications.
