Jon Evans c7daf8a8f3 ADDED: Cross-probe highlighting of bus members
Note: this is a basic implementation but it could be
improved once we include bus information in the netlist
and pcbnew can natively keep track of buses and nets
instead of just nets.

jean-pierre charras bc5dcf182f keepout in footprint: fix some crashes and issues. Create a specific type (PCB_MODULE_ZONE_AREA_T) for zones in footprint. The new class (MODULE_ZONE_CONTAINER) is the same as ZONE_CONTAINER, but the type ID is PCB_MODULE_ZONE_AREA_T instead of PCB_ZONE_AREA_T.
This is mandatory because these zones must be handled differently in many functions.

Seth Hillbrand bae50fab9f pcbnew: Fix 45° snapping polygons
The constrained draw was constraining the polygon size to fit the
existing points rather than extending the existing points to fit the
user's intent.

This adds a 90° double-joint for the completion polygon that allows the
user to complete common constrained polygons visually based on the
preview with a double-click to finish.

Jeff Young a3c74051c2 Allow edits to self-intersecting polygons.
1) Intermediate states might be self-intersecting, and we shouldn't
be policing our users on what order to do things in
2) The polygon might already be self-intersecting, at which point we're
preventing the user from fixing it.

Also includes better const management for SHAPE_POLY_SET API.

Jeff Young 2f23aa9556 Implement a more robust tool stacking architecture.
We were running into various corner conditions where a tool's event
loop would exit while the tool was still active, or the tool would
get popped while we were still in the event loop.  (A lot of these
had to do with the POINT_EDITOR's, but not all of them.)

The new architecture:
1) tools always do a Push()/Pop()
2) everyone is responsible for their own pops; no more stack-clearing
on a cancel
3) CancelInteractive events go to all tools to facilitate (2)

Seth Hillbrand efe880bb79 pcbnew: Fix zone cutout duplication
When creating the zone cutout, we delete the old zone and add a new one
with each cutout.  This requires resetting the source zone and clearing
our previous selection if we would like to continue using the cutout
tool on the new zone.

Edge cuts are more easily edited when they are polylines not polygons
and this keeps the files backwards compatible with v5.0.x.

Seth Hillbrand f714d2fa64 pcbnew: draw polygon and element previews on layer
This ensures that when starting to draw a zone or graphic element, the
preview is drawn in the same color/on the same layer as the element that
will be created.  Previously, beginning a graphic polygon while a copper
layer was active would result in the preview being drawn in the color of
the active copper layer.

Jeff Young 92dcf43ae8 UNIT_BINDERize zone dialogs.
Also includes a bunch of changes to simplifiy the terminology
and unify the copper, non-copper and keepout versions.

Also removes some legacy features:
Removes contol for fill method.  If the fill method is currently
segments the dialog will ask if you want to convert to polygons
on OK.
Removes control of boundary resolution.  We've done this with trig
since 5.0.

Alejandro García Montoro f68ce306bd CPolyLine -> SHAPE_POLY_SET refactor.
Removes the need of using the legacy code in polygon/PolyLine.{h,cpp},
refactoring all CPolyLine instances with SHAPE_POLY_SET instances.

The remaining legacy methods have been ported to SHAPE_POLY_SET;
mainly: Chamfer, Fillet, {,Un}Hatch.

The iteration over the polygon vertices have been simplified using the
family of ITERATOR classes.

John Beard 9fe780f1b3 Rework zone creation in GAL
The zone creation in DRAWING_TOOL was a complex event loop whici
simultaneously managed the event handling, construction of the preview
polygon and the creation and commiting of the zone, all in the same
scope. This has been broken into several pieces:

* POLYGON_ITEM preview item, used to preview the polygon in progress
* POLYGON_GEOM_MANAGER is a class that collects points from user input
  and used them to describe a polygon's geometry, including calculation
  of 45-degree constrained leader lines
* ZONE_CREATE_HELPER is a class which deals with creating zones based on
  geometry from a geometry manager and parameters from the DRAWING_TOOL
* The (much simpler) event loop in DRAWING_TOOL drives the
  POLYGON_GEOM_MANAGER. With a minor refactor, this loop can be reused
  in future for other polygonal tools if wanted.

The polygon preview now has a translucent fill which makes it easier to
visualise the zone.

This also adds the Close Zone Outline and Delete Last Corner actions as
part of the new event loop.
