jean-pierre charras 0eea3cffcf DIALOG_SHIM: add void FinishDialogSettings() method which calls the usual methods at end of a dialog, to ensure proper size and position, the first time the dialog is called. 
Fix an incorrect size of dialog_pcb_text_properties (due to the fact the dialog was not really initialized when its min size was calculated)

jean-pierre charras 67982a4851 stroke font: fine adjust of text horizontal position. edat_text: fix an issue in SetOrientation: the rotation angle is now constrained between -360 and +360 degrees. 
It was previously not the case, and rotated texts outside this interval created issues in dialog_pcb_text_properties which have now validators.

Wayne Stambaugh ad9ec412f5 UI consistency and assertion fixes. 
* Use "Close" in the file menu of every main frame window instead of the
  mismatch of the terms "Close", "Exit", and "Quit".
* Change the terminology in the Pcbnew graphic text edit dialog to match the
  module text edit dialog.
* Improve the layout of the Pcbnew graphic text dialog.
* Fix some wxPrintf parameter type assertions for 64 bit time_t.
* Fix all (at least I think I got all of them) duplicate menu accelerator
  characters.

Dick Hollenbeck b01bcda079 Backout my usage of DIALOG_EXTEND_WITH_SHIM in favor of wxFormbuilder's 
subclass DIALOG_SHIM support.
Tried dialog_drc but it has nesting problems due to use of DRCLISTBOX, which
needs to be put into its own header file to untangle.
