jean-pierre charras 38c7fa6db9 Pcbnew: do not display the outlines of a very special zone used by DRC 
to show layer mask bridges created by DRC to show these bridges.
This is not a real ZONE, just a container to displays these filled areas.

Jeff Young 8b1fd62d35 Make pad & via teardrops 1st-class citizens (props of the pad/via) 
Change teardrop generation to rely more heavily on BOARD_CONNECTIVITY
for improved performance.

Add updating of teardrops on BOARD_COMMIT::Push().

Also converts m_CopperItemRTreeCache to std::shared_ptr.
We don't copy it around anyway, and having to create a new set
of std::unique_ptr's for each operation is likely to be more
expensive than std::shared_ptr's overhead.

Jeff Young 8165fc6c44 Give up trying to infer what kind of polygon the user wants. 
In many instances there are 3 valid answers: mimic linewidths, use
centerlines, and build a bounding hull.

Jon Evans 18e17abd6a Rename "Keepout" to "Rule Area" 
These objects can now be used in advanced DRC rules and
not just for keeping things out.  Also remove the restriction
that at least one of the "basic" keepout rules must be set,
so that these areas can be used for more advanced rules.
