Overhaul bitmap text for performance.

Also adjusts metrics to better match stroke font.
Also removes text-halo highlighting as it's too expensive to re-render

Break sch_text.h/.cpp into sch_text and sch_label.

Also moves SCH_NETCLASS_FLAG to SCH_DIRECTIVE_LABEL, and remaps Altium
harnesses from SCH_TEXT to SCH_DIRECTIVE_LABEL.
