Wayne Stambaugh cfaca0e4bb Revert "Eeschema: remove all legacy schematic and symbol library save code." 
This reverts commit 9c19c2306e.

Unfortunately writing legacy symbols libraries can never be removed because
of the symbol rescue feature. :(
