Better fix for incorrect page preview in Page Settings when the worksheet contains a bitmap

The actual size of pixels was incorrectly set.
Fix also bad names for a few vars and methods in BITMAP_BASE.

Eeschema: add schematic sheet page number.

The groundwork has now been laid for per sheet instance data. Initially
this only supports sheet page numbers but could be expanded to include
other per sheet instance information.
ADDED: Support for user defined schematic page numbers.

Also improves the SNR and consistency of the menu item text. For
instance, a position is rarely useful, while relative sizes can be.
Also removes some unnecessary repitition, such as "Graphic Rectangle"
when "Rectangle" communicates the necessary information.

SHAPE_LINE_CHAIN: Remove element access
...
This is the first step to allowing non-segments in the line chain.
External routines cannot be allowed to change the line chain without
going through the internal routines. To accomplish this, we remove the
Vertex() and Point() access routines and only leave the const versions.
Transformations are given for both points as well as the chain itself.

Page layout: rework and fix a few issues.
...
* rename WS_DRAW_ITEM_POLYGON to WS_DRAW_ITEM_POLYPOLYGONS (better name)
* use SHAPE_POLY_SET instead of std::vector(<wxPoint> to manage the set of polygons.
It also remove duplicate code related to HitTest and bounding box.
* fix HitTest and WS_DRAW_ITEM_POLYGON highlight.
