Ian McInerney 2fb6f19a84 Separate immediate and delayed action dispatch
Using a boolean argument just leads to a lot of trailing booleans in the
function calls and is not user friendly. Instead, introduce PostAction()
to send an action that runs after the coroutine (equivalent to passing
false or the default argument), and leave RunAction as the immediate
execution function.

Jeff Young 2bc86fa0a8 Shapes for schematic.
ADDED arc, circle and rectangle shapes for schematic.  Shapes support
line styles and fill colors.

CHANGED sheet background color in Edit Text & Graphics Properties to
fill color (and it now affects shapes).

Pushed STROKE_PARAMS down into common and moved all shapes to using it
for stroke descriptions.

Jeff Young e6ca9837a2 Clear numbers from non-numberable pads and don't run DRC on them.
This was also the last straw on the misnamed PAD::GetName() and
PAD::SetName(), which are now PAD::GetNumber() and PAD::SetNumber().

wx/wx.h includes all wxWidgets .h files, and sometimes creates collision
names in #define between kicad and windows headers
Moreover, blindly including a lot of useless files is compil time consuming

jean-pierre charras fbf12cb85c microwave tools: use ShowQuasiModal instead of ShowModal to display WX_TEXT_ENTRY_DIALOG dlgs
In some cases ShowModal does not work fine with our events handlers, at least on Windows.

Jeff Young e2bc7557cc Clean up arc/circle polygonization.
1) For a while now we've been using a calculated seg count from a given
maxError, and a correction factor to push the radius out so that all
the error is outside the arc/circle.  However, the second calculation
(which pre-dates the first) is pretty much just the inverse of the first
(and yields nothing more than maxError back). This is particularly
sub-optimal given the cost of trig functions.

2) There are a lot of old optimizations to reduce segcounts in certain
situations, someting that our error-based calculation compensates for
 anyway.  (Smaller radii need fewer segments to meet the maxError
condition.) But perhaps more importantly we now surface maxError in the
UI and we don't really want to call it "Max deviation except when it's
not".

3) We were also clamping the segCount twice: once in the calculation
routine and once in most of it's callers.  Furthermore, the caller
clamping was inconsistent (both in being done and in the clamping
value). We now clamp only in the calculation routine.

4) There's no reason to use the correction factors in the 3Dviewer;
it's just a visualization and whether the polygonization error is
inside or outside the shape isn't really material.

5) The arc-correction-disabling stuff (used for solder mask layer) was
somewhat fragile in that it depended on the caller to turn it back on
afterwards.  It's now only exposed as a RAII object which  automatically
cleans up when it goes out of scope.

6) There were also bugs in a couple of the polygonization routines where
we'd accumulate round-off error in adding up the segments and end up with
an overly long last segment (which of course would voilate the error
max). This was the cause of the linked bug and also some issues with vias
that we had fudged in the past with extra clearance.

Jeff Young e7db43285f ADDED new footprint fabrication attributes.
This commit also adds mapping of the new symbol properties
"exclude from BOM" and "exclude from board" to be correctly
handled in Update Board from Schematic.

Seth Hillbrand 43768b71c0 Unify string lists of forbidden footprint chars
We have forbidden lists maintained in 3 separate locations.  This causes
a bit of confusion as to which is correct.

This makes the list uniform but remains to place the character set in a
single location.

This removes the setting for number of segments per circle from the zone
definition.  All segment counts are handled by absolute error allowed.

John Beard d39cdb5565 Pcbnew: Disallow invalid mwwave inductor lengths
Some microwave inductor lengths cause invalid outputs
for the calculations, which causes jagged outputs.

* If the request length is such that four arcs and no straight
  segments is too long
* If the length is such that an N-turn coil is too short, but
  an N+1-turn coil is too long. This can happen when the coil
  count is small.

This patch doesn't fix the underlying geometric issue here - fixing
the first requires a numerical method, and fixing the second probably
needs an iterative approach. Both of these could benefit from
a refactor.

However, this patch does prevent the tools producing invalid outputs,
which can sometimes be quite subtle mistakes if the "jags" are small.

Seth Hillbrand 25f8b1ce72 pcbnew: Update multiple zone segments
Where we can get away with lower segment counts (localizing an anchor),
we keep the low-def 16 segment count.  Intermediate values and values
that are visible to the user are set to high definition.  Most are
simply hints to the inflation correction but where they show, the user
show see smooth lines.
