jean-pierre charras 3bc34590c7 Eeschema: fix missing call to UpdateMessagePanel() due to commit e09147db. 
EE_INSPECTION_TOOL::UpdateMessagePanel was called by EVENTS::SelectedEvent
But This event after commit calls E_INSPECTION_TOOL::CrossProbe(),
and no longer UpdateMessagePanel.
So CrossProbe() now calls UpdateMessagePanel.

Roberto Fernandez Bautista 701e256b3f Correctly handle excluding an ERC marker in eeschema when right clicking 
In addition, hide the option to exclude a marker if the selected marker
is already excluded.

jean-pierre charras 1aadf45947 DIALOG_SHIM: fix not working initial size when creating a dialog. 
The first time a DIALOG_SHIM was created, with a given size, this size
was not taken in account. This this is now forced.
(when recreated during a session, this is the last dialog size that is used)

jean-pierre charras 9820e89268 EE_INSPECTION_TOOL::CheckSymbol(): fix incorrect test about pins on grid. 
(the minimal grid was 25 internal units instead of 25 mils)
Also the coordinates in messages are now printed in current user units.

Jeff Young 2c9da4daa4 Make sure Check Pins works on a flattened copy of the part. 
Also improved the reporting slightly (in particular for pins with
no names or pins with the empty flag ("~").

Jeff Young df262eaa06 Make prev/next marker work reliably on all platforms. 
Requires us to move from arrow-keys to our own commands (the only
way that the OSX wxWidgets impl doesn't eat the keys when the dataVIew
has focus).

While there we might as well add a command to exlucde markers.

Wayne Stambaugh 52078a4b1b Allow setting mandatory derived symbol field properties. 
CHANGED: All mandatory fields in derived symbols can be edited.  This
not only includes the field value but also all text properties.

Kill the dual datasheet variable storage which caused many datasheet
bugs over the years.  The datasheet is now always stored in the data
sheet field.

jean-pierre charras cb7263d017 Eeschema: fix ERC dialog not shown after a double click, when recalled by tool ERC. 
(the dialog was reactivated by calling Raise(), but this is not enough: Show()
must be called also, at least on Windows).
Fix also a minor wxWidgets alert in ERC dialog.

Seth Hillbrand 245b778454 libedit: Fix speed of lib check 
The symbol check output the HTML message for each item.  This is _very_
slow and can lock the system reponsiveness.  Changing to a queue/flush
method is much faster
