This was a crude hack that appends the library URN ordinal to the name of
the footprint so that it can be correctly looked up by the "element" node.
The Eagle XML DTD does not make it clear how the URN "ASSET_ID" and
"VERSION" are used to look up the appropriate "ASSET_TYPE" so this is a
best guess and seems to work correctly.
The inferred edge clearance dialog had to be disabled when importing third
party boards because on GTK (and possibly other platforms) the dialog would
completely hang KiCad preventing the imported board and possible schematic
from being saved.

IPC2581 is a modern production file exchange system. It provides
single-file data output for an entire board including BOM and netlist
information.

DRC exclusions were originally written following the C++
pragma model (ie: allow this violation here). However, the
"exclusion" terminology we used in the GUI suggests a model
model where the exclusions go away when the violation no
longer exists.

Don't assume the dialog is mode-less and call Destroy() from within a
dialog method. This will most assuredly crash if the dialog is shown
modally or quasi-modally.
Don't leak memory for mode-less dialogs created on the stack. Make sure
when the parent frame window is closed that all mode-less dialog memory
is cleaned up. Dialogs are not child windows like controls and toolbars
so their memory does not automatically get cleaned up when the parent
window is destroyed.
Do not directly access frame parent window's pointer in dialog destructors.
Apparently the tear down order when destroying mode-less dialogs is not
guaranteed so the parent window may get deleted before the dialog causing
a crash when accessing the parent window pointer from the dialog dtor.
Do not close mode-less dialogs in the parent frame's destructor. This
doesn't guarantee that the dialog(s) will be destroyed before the parent
but it may reduce some careless mode-less dialog event handling in the
future.
The wxComboBox drops nicely from the top of the screen, showing the full
element list, opposed to the choice widget that centers the selection
and places the list off the top of the screen if there are many
elements. This was broke for MacOS until wx3.2

As of wxWidgets 3.2, the wxWidgets event handler runs code after the
the client event handler that depends on the menu still existing.
Because there are potentially many paths to call ReCreateMenuBar from
within a menu event handler, let's just wrap this action in a CallAfter
to make sure it happens after the wx handler call completes.

The 3D mouse support is moved from PCB_EDIT_FRAME to PCB_BASE_FRAME.
This allows all PCB_BASE_FRAME derived windows to have 3D mouse enabled
2D navigation support.
Added full support for using a 3Dconnexion device in PCB_EDIT_FRAME. Commands are exported and can be assigned to 3D mouse buttons. Any limitations to the functionality are limitations of the installed 3Dconnexion driver for the device and OS.
Use build option KICAD_USE_3DCONNEXION (default = ON) to control whether the SpaceMouse support is compiled into the solution.
The value of this rotation was store in 2 places: the config and the editor frame.
So after changing the rotation angle from the preferences, the value in editor
frames were not updated, and the rotation angle not modified.
Now only the config value is used.
Moves all of the find dialog control out of the selection tool similar
to the schematic editor. Dialog is also non-modal now to match the
schematic editor.
