Calling wxDialog::EndModal() directly from inside the dialog is a
potential bug if the dialog is shown in the modeless or window modal
(quasi-modal). Use the internal button events where possible and
check for the appropriate mode before calling the correct end dialog
function.
The default filename textbox confusingly could not be edited and the
checkbox for "Use default filename" would also use a default location.
As the netlist export is no longer required in the workflow, we can
simplify the layout to always show the user the file save dialog
allowing them to choose the location and name of the exported netlist
file.
Many had already been fixed but weren't working on Mac because
of the DIALOG_SHIM hack (now fixed). Others hadn't been updated
yet. Also includes some cleanup for elipses in buttons and
layout.

Improve dialog layout and fix UI policy issues with all of the dialog
boxes in the common, 3D viewer, CvPcb, and Eeschema code paths.
Updated the use of component to symbol.
File "rules" has instructional text as comments near top.
2) Convert all text files in repo to LF line ending form.
Any checkout done with "rules" in play will convert the working
tree to native line ending, while keeping repo as LF line ending.
