Jeff Young 51b9944667 Fix pasting of items from board to Footprint Editor. 
In particular, map the netlist info to the orphaned item, and
adjust the position of module graphic items to no longer be
module-relative.

Seth Hillbrand 8c19b4b6ae pcbnew: Adding arcs to PNS 
This is allows ARCs in tracks to be synchronized with
the PNS router.  Note this does not yet include the UI components
to route curved traces

Seth Hillbrand 9b7d4e2742 Recleaning DLIST from pcbnew 
This was re-introduced by 5d3e6e3d44

The crash happened b/c we have to manage list containers in each element
and minor adjustments cause the rest of the list to be lost.  This
commit re-implements it using std::iterators and deque

jean-pierre charras dd702cd53d Remove pads not on copper layers (just on tech layers) from connectivity calculation. 
Pads not on copper layers now do not have a netname, and are no longer taken in account in connectivity.
Especially it avoid creating useless rats-nests for these pads.

Jeff Young b99ea159c8 Rationalize select menu texts. 
Be consistent with order, formatting, etc.
Remove debug stuff such as zone timestamp and net code.
Clean up misleading pad messages.
