Wayne Stambaugh d2a7f81b10 Debugging improvements and clean up. 
* Remove unused wxLogDebug calls.
* Add add application level character tracing to detect unhandled key
  events.
* Catch unhandled exceptions in KiCad main event loop like single top
  applications.
