Mike Williams 21a7e050ab REMOVED: PCB Editor Layer Alignment Target 
No longer used by modern PCB processes.

Only the code to add the target to the board has been removed. Parsing
code for existing designs with targets is left in place.

Jeff Young 90bfe2d94b Remove Save Copy As from fp editor, and rename to Save a Copy elsewhere. 
It's still used by Eeschema and PCBNew when not in stand-alone mode.

Mike Williams 10247c268e Pcbnew: implement Find Next 
Moves all of the find dialog control out of the selection tool similar
to the schematic editor. Dialog is also non-modal now to match the
schematic editor.

Jeff Young b72545a432 Implement more aggressive re-entrancy blocking for drawing tools. 
A similar strategy was already implemented in Eeschema.

Also adds some safety around clearing of autopan and mouse capture.

Wayne Stambaugh 6d2f80b4cf Pcbnew: add write board netlist to file support. 
This is hidden behind an advanced configuration setting and is primarily
useful for developers trying to troubleshoot the netlist payload sent
from the board editor to the schematic editor.
