Cleanup: Replace push_back with emplace_back
In cases where we create a new item and immediately push into a
container, the emplace idiom is faster and more efficient.

Give all GAL canvases access to a GAL_DISPLAY_OPTIONS structure instance
Also loads the gal options when loading a canvas, as the canvas
otherwise might not register the initial settings.
