Improve dialog layout and fix UI policy issues with all of the dialog
boxes in the common, 3D viewer, CvPcb, and Eeschema code paths.
Updated the use of component to symbol.

Try to fix an issue on Ubuntu/Unity for some dialogs which are not displayed. For most, adding GetSizer()->Fit( this ) in dialog constructor fix the issue, but at least one dialog still is not displayed.

EDA_LIST_DIALOG_BASE is used multiple times for different numbers of
...
columns. DIALOG_SHIM would resize each separate usage to the same
size. DIALOG_SHIM now supports and alternate m_hash_key in lieu
of the class name, optionally.
