Jeff Young 2a9856ba34 Refresh eeschema print dialog. 
Use standard button layout and remove extraneous heading.
Move to TransferDataTo/FromWindow.
Close dialog after printing.

Wayne Stambaugh 71ea6dc2b9 Common, 3D viewer, CvPcb, and Eeschema dialog tweaks. 
Improve dialog layout and fix UI policy issues with all of the dialog
boxes in the common, 3D viewer, CvPcb, and Eeschema code paths.

Updated the use of component to symbol.
