Rename GetSelectMenuText to GetItemDescription
This descriptive text is used for many more things than

Push UNITS_PROVIDER down into a low-level mixin.
This allows us to also construct cheap UNIT_PROVIDERs for specific
tasks when necessary.

Replace wxFindReplaceData with our own container
By dropping the flags, we can be strict with options.

Break sch_text.h/.cpp into sch_text and sch_label.
Also moves SCH_NETCLASS_FLAG to SCH_DIRECTIVE_LABEL, and remaps Altium
