Jon Evans c530bdb5a1 Rename GetSelectMenuText to GetItemDescription 
This descriptive text is used for many more things than
just the select menu these days.

Jeff Young 64a6fc0fd4 Push UNITS_PROVIDER down into a low-level mixin. 
This allows us to also construct cheap UNIT_PROVIDERs for specific
tasks when necessary.
