Seth Hillbrand 416033e8e5 Ignore hidden text fields when cross-probing 
Zoom-to-selection should only show the elements that we can see, so
avoiding hidden fields in footprints keeps the zoom window appropriately
sized

Jeff Young 37c185f437 Remove overly-complex snapping layer for moving objects. 
We now have a hotkey to select Active Layer vs All Layers,
which gives the user more control.

Jeff Young 504652b972 Regularize RunOnChildren() at the BOARD_ITEM level. 
BOARD_ITEM sub-classes which don't have children simply don't
overrid it.
