Jeff Young bd23d003d2 Bring Eeschema UI closer in line with Pcbnew for change terminology. 
Also clears up the text & tooltip of the Remap Symbols function to

Ian McInerney 72a1c71e07 Implement a framework to handle wxUpdateUIEvents for tool actions 
This allows for the tool framework to keep track of a universal
set of conditions for the UI state (enabled/checked/shown) for
controls of actions. It removes the need for the main menubar
menus to be CONDITIONAL_MENUs and be rebuilt on each open,
and instead makes the updates of the check and enabling of
items handled in the native wxWidgets way.

This commit switchs the 3d viewer and kicad project manager window
over to this system.

Seth Hillbrand c18cab6154 Revert "Set DoubleBuffering to reduce flicker" 
This reverts commit 106259f6e6.

In its place, we set double buffering to only menubars in an attempt to
find a soluton to #4785

Jon Evans d7bd4c9b04 Move Eeschema globals to new SCHEMATIC object 
Set up a new lineage for SCH_ITEMS to get back to the SCHEMATIC
they live on: Items will all be parented to the SCH_SCREEN that
they are added to, and each SCH_SCREEN will point back to the
SCHEMATIC that it is part of.  Note that this hierarchy is not
the same as the actual schematic hierarchy, which continues to
be managed through SCH_SHEETs and SCH_SHEET_PATHS.

Ian McInerney 879a8f4efb Rework the file history menus to not need references to the file history 
Keeping a pointer to the actual file history inside a special
file history menu led to many cases of use after free crashes,
so instead rework the actual file history to add the menu
items.

Seth Hillbrand 0d3f6a4930 eeschema: Remove Save All 
Saving individual parts of a schematic can break the schematic.  This
moves the schematic save option to save all sheets rather than just the
current sheet.

Seth Hillbrand 98124e68c7 Update exit strategy to match UI guidelines 
In singletop mode, all frames show the "Quit" option in the file menu
and will quit on Ctrl-Q.  When launched from the main KiCad interface,
sub-programs show the "Close" option instead and will close with Ctrl-W.
In this mode, Ctrl-Q will instruct the main program to exit.

Jeff Young d24a2afaca Fix duplicate to work like paste to keep pins from getting duplicated. 
Also fixes the post-duplicate move to start at the cursor pos.
