jean-pierre charras 67f46a0bb1 Gerber plotter: Better object attributes handling when plotting a zone
- Clear object attributes before and after plotting a zone.
It avoid using previously defined object attributes when plotting the next zone,
and using therefore incorrect attributes.
- Add aperture attribute to filled zone solid polygons (regions in Gerber)

Jeff Young d01b29ab37 Cleanup pad geometry handling.
There were a lot of plotters, exporters, etc. that were rolling their
own implementations.

This also introduces a lazily-built set of SHAPE objects for doing
collision detection and some forms of rendering (and later DRC).

Jeff Young aeed8e6e2c Finish implementation of DRAWSEGMENT::C_RECT.
It's currently only supported in the Footprint Editor. It could be
easily added to the board editor (all the code is there), but the board
editor is a little short on room in the drawing tools toolbar.

jean-pierre charras 3e247a70d5 Gerber plot: new algo to generate solder mask layers with non 0 min thickness mask
Previously, all overlapping polygons (pads and min thickness areas to remove) were
merged.
Drawback: pads attributes are lost. In Gerber this is annoying.
Now the pads are plot as flashed or Regions items, and min thickness areas are added
but shapes are not merged and keep their attributes.

jean-pierre charras 9cb3333d05 Gerber plotter: plot round rectangle pads using a region with arcs.
Previously, the region was a usual polygon with arc approximated by segment.
Using a region with arcs is a better way because it allows CAM tools to
identify this region as a round-rect pad.

A side effect is a better shape and smaller files, however not really noticeable in fact.

Jon Evans e59a3d981e Implement a new settings framework across all of KiCad
CHANGED: Settings are now stored in versioned sub-directories
ADDED: First-run dialog for migrating settings from a previous version
CHANGED: Settings are now stored as JSON files instead of wxConfig-style INI files
CHANGED: Color settings are now all stored in a separate settings file
CHANGED: The symbol editor and footprint editor now have their own settings files
CHANGED: Color settings are no longer exposed through BOARD object
CHANGED: Page layout editor now uses Eeschema's color scheme

Settings are now managed through a central SETTINGS_MANAGER held by PGM_BASE.
Existing settings will be migrated from the wxConfig format on first run of each application.
Per-application settings are now stored in one class for each application.

jean-pierre charras f2518a5120 ADDED: pad fabrication property, as required in latest Gerber file specification.
Property is a pad info used mainly for fabrication or test.
Currently, supported properties are:
BGA property (variant of SMD pad)
Fiducial (global to the board or local to the footprint)
Test Point
Heat sink
Castellated.
And are used in Gerber files (copper layers and drill files)

Increment BOARD_FILE_VERSION to 20200104

jean-pierre charras e57fe9d173 Gerber object attribute: avoid trying to guess if a SMD pad is a BGA pad.

Needed for the Gerber P&P files.

Jeff Young a3c74051c2 Allow edits to self-intersecting polygons.
1) Intermediate states might be self-intersecting, and we shouldn't
be policing our users on what order to do things in
2) The polygon might already be self-intersecting, at which point we're
preventing the user from fixing it.

Also includes better const management for SHAPE_POLY_SET API.

Seth Hillbrand 6bcf1839b7 pcbnew: Add arc approximation setting to board
This places the arc approximation setting in the kicad_pcb file and uses
it for all parts of the board rendering where arcs are converted to
segments. This allows the user to customize their speed vs. accuracy
tradeoff. The default setting of maximum error of 0.005mm is acceptable
for small boards on moderate systems.

jean-pierre charras 7170720f3c Allow hatch pattern in filled zones
the filled areas can use a hatch pattern (crossing lines) using square holes.
The zone filler removes too small holes (truncated holes) from hatch pattern.
It avoid to create small holes when a hole pattern is truncated by the filled area base shape.
