Jeff Young f0e6f812ff Edit One Field improvements. 
1) Accept <enter> as OK if the multiline textbox isn't shown.
2) Focus and select all in first control if multiline textbox isn't shown.
3) Make title be title caps ("Edit Sheet name Field" looked dorky).

Dick Hollenbeck 8ccf0320b4 1) Add "rules" to base of tree for copying into BZR_HOME/rules. 
File "rules" has instructional text as comments near top.

2) Convert all text files in repo to LF line ending form.
   Any checkout done with "rules" in play will convert the working
   tree to native line ending, while keeping repo as LF line ending.

Fix bug 880132 (Justify not correct)
Note: justifications are now always relative to the text, in libedit (as before) and schematic editor:
if rotated, justification is rotated, because in Pcbnew rotation can have any value.
