Make sure CvPcb gets its Cancel button fixed up.

It's no longer a DIALOG_SHIM so it can't depend on its fixup.

* Implement ReparentQuasiModal for OSX natively
* Implement ForceFocus of OSX natively
This change means we no longer rely on the kicad-specific functions in our osx wx fork.
