Set KiCad version in MacOS apps
Uses CMake's configure_file function [1] to automaticaly set the
CFBundleShortVersionString [2] value in every app's Info.plist file.
Also updates the CFBundleLongVersionString and CFBundleVersion with the
extended KiCad Version
