The groundwork has now been laid for per sheet instance data. Initially
this only supports sheet page numbers but could be expanded to include
other per sheet instance information.
ADDED: Support for user defined schematic page numbers.
The dialog isn't actually movable with the mouse, so all the placement
logic inside DIALOG_SHIM is extraneous and actually causes the switcher
to appear on the wrong monitor if pcbnew was moved across monitors after
it was opened.

This will always show 1 unit from each system, with the primary unit
being the current frame unit and the secondary unit being the
most recent unit used from the other system. These are saved in
the settings, so they are saved between runs.
Improves implicit rule reporting.
Makes some internal names more consistent.
Moves DRC_REPORT to the test framework.
Removes priority (which isn't supported in the grammar)
The stepping is in a static event handler, so it is called
after the dynamic handler and so the dynamic handler must
allow the event to continue processing.

This commit applies display origin transforms to all Pcbnew
dialog classes that use UNIT_BINDER for their formatting:
* DIALOG_CREATE_ARRAY
* DIALOG_FOOTPRINT_BOARD_EDITOR
* DIALOG_GRAPHIC_ITEM_PROPERTIES
* DIALOG_GRID_SETTINGS
* DIALOG_MOVE_EXACT
* DIALOG_PAD_PROPERTIES
* DIALOG_POSITION_RELATIVE
* DIALOG_TEXT_PROPERTIES
* DIALOG_TRACK_VIA_PROPERTIES
A subsheet may have more than one instance of a hier label,
but it's generally a mistake if there is no matching hier label
for a port on the parent sheet.
This is harder to do today now that we don't have manual tool
for placing hier ports, but it's still possible if you place
ports but then rename the label on the subsheet.

We probably don't need it, but some code attempts to dereference
it so safer to have one then to start checking everywhere for
dereferences.

Short net names are not unique; full names with paths must be used.
Added a grid cell renderer that does the escaping, to make it easier
to display net names in grid cells.
Once you unescape a net name, you can't go back to the escaped form
because you can't assume which `/` should be {slash} and which `/`
Because of this, we cannot use Unescape/Escape on the data model in
the netclass setup panel, and instead do the Unescape in the view.

KiCad stores 3D cache files but never gets rid of any of them.
This patch adds a new function called 'CleanCacheDir()'. Any cache
files older than the passed 'number of days' parameter are deleted.

The old way of checking for focus loss caused GTK to be unable to
even open the combobox. This way checks for the event sent when the
list closes and uses that to close the grid editor.

ADDED Eeschema-specific netclass settings including wire and bus
thickness, color, and line style.
Netclasses override individual wire & bus colors and line styles.
If that proves an issue we might look at something more sophisticated
with inheritance.

A note to developers, please do not set the minimum and/or size of bitmap
buttons. It causes bitmaps to get clipped using GTK on Linux. If the
bitmap button size is not acceptable, then supply an appropriately sized
bitmap rather than attempt to force the wxWidgets sizing mechanism to do
what you want. This almost always causes platform differences that do
not work well.
You can now choose the behavior of dragging with the
middle and right mouse buttons.
You can also choose which modifier keys to use for
panning and zooming with the scroll wheel or trackpad.
You can also customize the zoom speed, which makes
it possible to have a good zoom experience on a wider
range of input devices.
You can also now zoom by dragging with the right or
middle button if desired.

Set up a new lineage for SCH_ITEMS to get back to the SCHEMATIC
they live on: Items will all be parented to the SCH_SCREEN that
they are added to, and each SCH_SCREEN will point back to the
SCHEMATIC that it is part of. Note that this hierarchy is not
the same as the actual schematic hierarchy, which continues to
be managed through SCH_SHEETs and SCH_SHEET_PATHS.
Replace SEVERITY_ERROR by RPT_SEVERITY_ERROR to avoid collision with a system definition.
Replace other SEVERITY_XXX by RPT_SEVERITY_XX for consistency.
Fix compil warnings and some other compil issues.
Config values were not stored into the right variables.
Make also an option persistent during the session
in DIALOG_UPDATE_PCB and DIALOG_NETLIST
DIALOG_UPDATE_PCB and DIALOG_NETLIST match options: use same order in dialogs.
CHANGED: Settings are now stored in versioned sub-directories
ADDED: First-run dialog for migrating settings from a previous version
CHANGED: Settings are now stored as JSON files instead of wxConfig-style INI files
CHANGED: Color settings are now all stored in a separate settings file
CHANGED: The symbol editor and footprint editor now have their own settings files
CHANGED: Color settings are no longer exposed through BOARD object
CHANGED: Page layout editor now uses Eeschema's color scheme
Settings are now managed through a central SETTINGS_MANAGER held by PGM_BASE.
Existing settings will be migrated from the wxConfig format on first run of each application.
Per-application settings are now stored in one class for each application.
* Split up the thirdparty code into the thirdparty folder (#3637)
* Create a new kimath static library containing all the math functions
This is part of cleaning the build system for #1906.
Use the HTML_MESSAGE_BOX window to present the warning messages rather
than wxMessageBox which would overflow the display when there were a lot
of graphic items that could not be parsed.

- fix an issue when trying to enter a scale < 1.0: such a scale starts by 0, that was rejected by the filter)
- automatic clamp to user scale limits, to avoid many warnings to users.
- if the user scale is out of bounds, warn the user before trying to print, not when opening the dialog.
A few files snuck in with CRLF for the line endings. These make it hard
to look at diffs as every line appears to have changed. This commit
makes only line ending changes, so can be ignored
DIALOG_EXIT was not being laid out correctly after setting the dialog
message. Rather than fix our custom DIALOG_EXIT, wxMessageDialog and
wxRichMessageDialog were substituted as direct replacements for all
of the variants of DIALOG_EXIT. This make message dialogs appear more
consistent because wxMessageDialog uses the default platform message
dialog and wxRichMessageDialog uses the default platform rich message
dialog on windows.
Remove DIALOG_EXIT_BASE as it is no longer required.

Delete the copy ctor and assignment operator to start with, but
even then the separate apps each have their own statically allocated
copy of the common actions. So we need to update all of them, which
also means having the kicad manager frame's set of actions on hand).
This changelist also adds a Clear Hotkey Assignment function since
the hotkeys set is now likely to be sparse with respect to the
actions.
First, add automatic detection of toolkit DPI scaling options. For now, this
is, in order,
* Check the GDK_SCALE option under GTK+ (users can set this to force the scaling)
* Check the value from WX's GetContentScalingFactor(). This will start to work
correctly from WX 3.1 and GTK+ 3.10.
Then, add a user-settable override in the main prefs panel, next to the icon
scaling. This is independent of the icon scaling options.
DPI handling is performed in a standalone class, so they can be shared between
the prefs UI and the OpenGL backend easily. Also means Cairo could use the same
interface in future.
Also adjust the OpenGL grid drawing code to use the computed scale factor,
which avoids over-thick grids in scaled environments (the user can manually
thicken the grid if wanted).

wxWidgets has several bugs that result in cell editors being closed
right after they're opened. There are two wxWidgets hacks to
partially address this: the SetInSetFocus() hack, and a slow-click
hack. We used to try and work-around these bugs ourselves for
single-click access, but this changelist moves those over to
wxWidget's slow-click hack.

For BUTTON_ROW_PANEL::BTN_DEF_LIST, the button definition does not need to be
passed by value, by non-const reference avoids copies and this addresses the
Coverity warnings: 184130, 184134, 184140, 184167.
Also use a unique_ptr to clarify ownership sementics when handing widget
over to WX.

Factor out common dialog code from global symbol library table dialog for
loading initial library table.
Update global symbol library table code to user factored out common dialog
code.
The standard DIM() macro was not typesafe as it happily deferred errors
to runtime that can be caught at compile time. Replacing it with a
generic C++11 constexpr allows for typecasting, comparison and compile
time error checking.
Cairo supports antialiasing when rendering but can be slow when set to
sub-pixel mode. This bumps the minimum version of Cairo to 1.12
(available in 14.04 LTS as well as mingw) to support three antialias
settings (fast, good, best) that offer speed/appearance tradeoffs.
This can provide a higher-quality eeschema render as it works on a
per-element basis as opposed to the OpenGL per-screen antialias.
This syncs the "All" checkbox with the state of the report options such
that selecting "All" automatically selects the other boxes and
deselecting a box results in the "All" box also being unselected. This
allows a single click filtering of report messages.
