Wayne Stambaugh 8e7d6063fd Minor dialog and frame window improvements. 
Drop all uses of wxRAISED_BORDER and wxSUNKEN_BORDER from dialogs and
panels used in main frame windows.

Drop use of wxSP_3DSASH options on all wxSplitterWindow definitions.

Minor dialog alignment and spacing fixes.

Wayne Stambaugh 71ea6dc2b9 Common, 3D viewer, CvPcb, and Eeschema dialog tweaks. 
Improve dialog layout and fix UI policy issues with all of the dialog
boxes in the common, 3D viewer, CvPcb, and Eeschema code paths.

Updated the use of component to symbol.

jean-pierre charras f743b98844 Try to fix Bug #1431391 (Unable to edit pins in Schematic library editor). It happens on XFCE, but also on Unity. This fix works on Unity. (it is due to the fact the dialog is not raised, for an unknown reason, and this bug depend on the way Eeschema and Libedit are run). 
Add Ctrl+E hotkey in eeschema to edit a component with Libedit (similar to pcbnew Ctrl+E hotkey)
As usual, fix a few minor coverity warnings

Dick Hollenbeck 31a84b84ec Add include/dialog_shim.h and common/dialog_shim.cpp for use by wxformbuilder's "subclass a wxDialog" support. 
This works, but in my version of wxformbuilder there is a bug which does not properly show the 
subclass property, even though it is still in play.  This happens after saving then loading the *.fbp file.
So it is a nuisance bug, but does not affect functionality.

jean-pierre charras a4f2d3ea57 All: fix a very minor issue: when a window is closed mazimized, and later reopened, it was not maximized. But this is very annoying when using 2 monitors with a different size
