Also removes the side-effect that SCH_SHEET_LIST's
c'tor would sort the list (and write virtual page
numbers) anytime the starting sheet was the root.
Also, definitely don't build a SHEET_LIST (sorted or
otherwise) if you're not even going to use it.
Also don't build SCH_SHEET_LISTs on idle events. Better
to just always have the Next Sheet button enabled (we
already beep if you click it and there's no next sheet).
Also, use a SCREEN_LIST when you can. It's much cheaper
to create.
Using a boolean argument just leads to a lot of trailing booleans in the
function calls and is not user friendly. Instead, introduce PostAction()
to send an action that runs after the coroutine (equivalent to passing
false or the default argument), and leave RunAction as the immediate
execution function.
SCH_CONNECTION objects are temporary and can become stale any time the
connectivity is updated. Keeping them around to reference later is a
bad idea. Even if the object pointer is still valid in an SCH_ITEM in
the undo/redo buffers, comparing the pointer against another pointer as
a test to see if they are the same connection is not valid. Saving the
connection name is safe and ensures the connection is the same even if
the pointers differ.

The pressure relief valve was not useful for common work patterns as it
forced the recalculation on many common actions such as bus expansion.
This caused it to actually feel slower than with the pressure relief
valve off.
For most schematics, realtime is now fast enough to not need the valve
and for those that are extremely complex, removing the valve helps this
run more predictably
Previous the cross-probing options were mixed between sending and
receiving cross-probe events. This clarifies so that all of the pcbnew
cross-probe options deal with whether the cross-probe is seen in pcbnew
and all of the eeschema options deal with seeing the event in eeschema.
Also updates the wording in the options panels to be the same where
possible and adds tooltips

When we zoom after centering, the screen does not display the item at
the appropriate location until you center again. Choose the zoom first
to set the appropriate scale before translating the viewport
Also removes the message bar display of assigned netclass for
buses and bus-to-bus entries.
Also fixes a bug where assigning a netclass via the canvas only
looked at the first level of bus members (and not any nested
members).
Also fixes a bug where the bus name validator tried to validate
a vector bus first -- which doesn't work as a vector bus may be
nested in a group bus.
Also fixes a bug where we were failing to check for illegal
chars in bus definitions which otherwise passed the bus parsers.

They don't define a KiCad string class, so the header file name was
somewhat misleading. But the fact that they didn't match definitely
made coding more difficult.
SCH_PIN wasn't handling the legacy empty string token (~), but
more importantly this will allow text variable resolution specific
to the schematic.

REMOVED: Update schematic option from geographical annotation dialog due
to potential issues with incomplete and/or broken updates. Use "Update
Schematic from PCB" tool to update reference designation changes.
Forcing the footprint reference designator changes back to the schematic
without checking any other board changes in the schematic could leave the
schematic in a undefined state. The update schematic from board tool is
the correct method to sync any changes from the board.
