jean-pierre charras 46b72d807b Kicad manager: Avoid crash when calling configure paths or libraries from main menu, 
when _eeschema.kiface or _pcbnew.kiface is not found.
Happen mainly when running Kicad from build tree.

Now a suitable error message is displayed.
