Factor out save current canvas view to image file code from symbol editor
code so it can be used anywhere.
Add ability to save to any image format supported by wxBitmapType. See

Currently only PNG output is implemented.
Please note that there is a minor bug that appears to be due to the
scroll bars which causes unfilled areas on the right and bottom edges
of the image. This always existed in the save symbol editor view
image but it was not as noticeable because by default the background
color is white. It is very noticeable in the footprint editor with
a black background.

Adds Cut/Copy/Paste and Revert for footprints; introduces a new
shared Revert Changes? dialog; hooks up Add Library for footprints,
standardizes the Save As terminology.
Add Display Settings to Footprint Browser.
Make each of them OpenGL on OSX and Cairo on other platforms.
Allow auto-zoom to be turned off and save last zoom setting.
Make ordering of tools in htoolbar consistent.

As of v5 footprint library reorganization (one repo per library concept
is replaced with a common repo for all libraries), the Footprint Library
Wizard may handle only the old libraries. It has been replaced with
a file browser to select only local files.

Freerouting-specialized menus are removed as FreeRouting is not
maintained or packaged for most OSes. Users can still import/export
SPECCTRA files in KiCad allowing them to interface with a custom
FreeRouting installation.
Also adds indicators in layers palette for feedback.
Also generates sized images for all indicators instead of using
scaled bitmaps (which didn't look great).
Also fixes a completely unrelated typo in a UI string.
This commit also adds a no-selection-mode, which allows the user
to specify what gets update (through the various match modes).
The no-selection-mode is accessed via the Edit menu, although
it could also be applied to the context menu.

This allows to measure between features on a PCB. It uses a preview
EDA_ITEM in common, but due to the use of the IDs, it's currently
Pcbnew/Modedit only.
This also adds several "utils" for graphical functons useful when
drawing preview items on GAL canvases.

Import becomes apply and export becomes copy.
The term "push" to apply settings globally has not been renamed.
Swap the order of the copy and apply in the context menu.
This plugin mechanism is enabled only if option -DKICAD_SCRIPTING_ACTION_MENU=ON (it is off by default)

Pcbnew run from the project manager: add menu Save Copy As..., which is the same command as Save As ... in stand alone mode, but with the constraints of a project (no cwd change, no board filename change, and keep project settings)
wxUpdateUIEvent events can be sent to parent frames, when opening a menu in a child frame, if parent and child frame share same ID fro menuitems (or tools)
The wrong menuitem can be used in some cases ( because there are more than one menuitem with the same identifier), by a wxUpdateUIEvent event function run in a parent frame.
