configure.ac: Add AC_CANONICAL_SYSTEM macro.
In order to determine the target OS when cross-compiling libsigrok we need autotools to set the 'target_os' variable. This macro determines the system type and sets output variables to the names of the canonical system types. Signed-off-by: Bartosz Golaszewski <bgolaszewski@baylibre.com>
