dslogic: Implement trigger functionality
This commit implements DSLogic trigger functionality. The following triggers are working: - trigger on rising edge - trigger on falling edge - trigger on any edge - trigger on logic one - trigger on logic zero Pre-trigger capture ratio is also working.
