Jeff Young 559bef0ea6 Switch default thicknesses to um. 
Also fix a bug where resetting the values doesn't work if
the thickness units were changed because it tries to keep
the old width values which are then re-scaled to the reset
thickness units.  Probably better to just reset the widths
too, as it's potentially less confusing.

Voltage drop and Dissipated power units are mV and mW, but the displayed
values were Volt and Watt.

jean-pierre charras ef2d0c6438 pcb_calculator/calculator_panels/panel_cable_size: avoid a too large size. 
Replace a wxGridSizer by a wxFlexGridSize to avoid too large column sizes
when not needed.
