Creating a BOARD now requires a valid PROJECT, which caused some (mostly transparent) changes to the Python API internals. Jeff Young	5134856f18	Rationalise 3D settings data-structure. ... Move the camera out to its own so that everything else is board- related, and then rename BOARD_ADAPTER.
