jean-pierre charras 39de92bba2 DIALOG_COLOR_PICKER: fix an issue in DC.SetDeviceOrigin() due to changes in wxWidgets. 
DC.SetDeviceOrigin() behavior has changed in version 3.1.7 (or 3.1.6), and the settings
needs a small change.

Jeff Young 51b905ba32 Move Configure Paths help inside dialog. 
This allows us to switch back to a standard modal dialog (instead of
quasi-modal, which has problems with Ctrl-V in a search box inside a
standard file dialog -- such as when picking a path).

Mike Williams d44e34d513 Images: Add full properties editor 
Converts dialog_image_editor to panel_image_editor. Embeds this panel in
a new properties dialog for the schematic and PCB editors that allows
editing position, layer, locked status, etc. like other items.

jean-pierre charras ee4e50518f EDA_LIST_DIALOG: fix a crash due to use after delete data. 
A list of wxArrayString was used in dialog, but not stored in this dialog.
(and this list was deleted by the caller)
A copy is now stored in dialog.

Seth Hillbrand d0d472f39d Hide icon option when platforms disable 
Mac and some Linux configs disable menu icons.  We shouldn't offer the
option when the system does not support this as it leads to confusion

Wayne Stambaugh 14c148cb38 Expunge update UI event handler from paged dialog object. 
Use the book control page changing event to update any pages prior to
them being shown.  When the validation fails when changing pages, the
page change is vetoed until the invalid condition is fixed by the user.

Ian McInerney cec258f7dd Normalize the settings migration path to have no trailing slash 
If we use the raw user input, it may or may not have a trailing slash on
the directory name, and then if the user provides a trailing slash
migrating the folders inside the old settings directory will fail.

Jeff Young 574bef2237 Normalize drawing sheet path to env vars & prj, not just prj. 
Also cleans up the dialog a bit.

Also changes the workings of NormalizePath to return the input if
it couldn't be shortened which saves open coding that behaviour in
all its callers.

Seth Hillbrand 64be61b4d6 Allow user to set footprint type up front 
The default is usually wrong and presenting the basic footprint
information when creating an empty footprint allows the user to
establish their preference before mistakes occur.

Jeff Young 9c78e4cf54 Mac needs different font size handling than MSW & GTK. 
Mac already uses diverse font sizes (for instance, smaller fonts for
radio button groups), and the anti-aliasing is a lot better.  The
other platforms need a more limited range of sizes.

Jeff Young e58671e2da Move color picker from CSS to HTML format for colors. 
This is an attempt to remove the decimal separator from the equation,

Jeff Young 6aaf4413b3 Fix kicad_string.h / string.cpp mismatch. 
They don't define a KiCad string class, so the header file name was
somewhat misleading. But the fact that they didn't match definitely
made coding more difficult.

Jeff Young 886dc2f43e Do-not-show-again section for common prefs & zone fill warning infobar. 
Note that the dialogs which have mutliple options were not moved over
as it seems perahps not the right choice to have them save state between
sessions.

Wayne Stambaugh 1a301d8eea Stop using wxDialog::EndModal() from inside dialogs. 
Calling wxDialog::EndModal() directly from inside the dialog is a
potential bug if the dialog is shown in the modeless or window modal
(quasi-modal).  Use the internal button events where possible and
check for the appropriate mode before calling the correct end dialog
function.
