Marek Roszko cf2bb5692a Remove the wxLog calls from math/util.h for now 
This was leaking windows headers and partial wx headers to 1084 compilation units......
This also means math/util.h is leaking to 1084 compilation units which seems a bit high too.

Seth Hillbrand 63cc7d16b4 Repair board on open 
We need to ensure that boards do not have duplicated KIIDs, so we repair
the duplicates when opening an existing file.  This does not change the
file on disk until saved

Jon Evans 1a102f03c0 Clean up co-linear tracks after finishing routing 
This involved adding some extra infrastructure to be able
to handle the case where a track that is sitting in the
router's commit waiting to be added to the board actually
needs to be deleted instead.

Jeff Young 1be2c8cc40 More trouble with the IS_MOVED flag. 
We moved it earlier because AddItemToScreenAndUndoList() was clearing
it, but it needs to be set for AddItemToScreenAndUndoList() too.

Adam Wolf 3100cd3599 Fix Python loading on macOS without wrangle_bundle. 
The goal of this work is to let developers run Python things
on macOS on their builds without generating a full
relocatable and redistributable build.
