Removes old defines and work arounds for earlier wx versions and adds a
CMake requirement to use at least 3.2 (or the minimum matching wxPython
version)
The spacemouse driver, particularly on Mac, is extremely unstable and
causes crashes even when not being used. This places the interface
behind an advanced config flag to ensure that users can affirmatively
opt-in to the potential for crashes
CHANGED: Instead of using the target style pivot that is used to move the
look at position, a different pivot is used for the center of rotation
used by the 3dmouse. Both pivots, the camera look at position and the
3dmouse rotation pivot, need not necessarily coincide. A blue ball is used
to represent the pivot.
Full support for using a 3Dconnexion device in the 3D viewer has been added. Full 3D navigation is available for both the orthographic and perspective projections. Commands are exported and can be assigned to 3D mouse buttons. Any limitations to the functionality are limitations of the installed 3Dconnexion driver for the device and OS.
ADDED: A build option KICAD_USE_3DCONNEXION (default = ON) has been added to the main CMakeLists.txt. The option controls whether the SpaceMouse support is compiled into the solution.
Building the 3D data is time consuming, so creating the data after the 3D
frame is shown is better, and the build activity is visible, especially on Linux.
- Check that we aren't already painting (return if we are)
- Check that GLEW functions exist before calling them in 3D canvas and throw exception if they are no longer available
- Catch above exceptions in paint routine and show an infobar message to the user

Move the camera out to its own so that everything else is board-
related, and then rename BOARD_ADAPTER.
At some point the flags should probably be moved out too, and they
can have the EDA_3D_SETTINGS name.
The 3d viewer is the last component to not use the action framework, so
we descope the common defines to its canvas. Once the 3d viewer is
converted, we can remove these entirely.
Add code to parse OpenGL version string and determine if ray tracing is
supported.
Rationalize ray tracing menu and toolbar to have the same behavior so
a single command ID can be used for setting states.

* Split and rewrite the preview window and canvas.
* Create a new class for handling the board information.
* Adds new render targets: openGL, legacy, and ray tracing.
* Render targets take full advantage of the new 3D plugins system and 3D cache
for a fast 3D model loading.
* Faster board loading.
* New OpenGL render is faster than the old one.
* New ray tracing render target with a post processing shader.
* Use of new 3D plugins (WRL, X3D, STEP and IGES) and 3D model caching.
* Preview of 3D model while browsing the file name.
* 3D preview of the footprint while adding / align 3D shapes.
* Render of 3D models according to attributes: Normal, Normal+Insert, Virtual.
* Pivot rotation centered in one point over the PCB board.
* Shortcuts keys improved for XYZ orientation..
